Economy and Summer Camp

So what are you guys thinking about the economy? It is so bad, that certain summer camp programs might be cut. But we will not let that happen. We will stand tall. If we have to go up there early and get stuff set up. We will drink lots of beer while we are working.

We will watch stupid old movies like Stripes, a classic.

Great off Broadway play. I saw it this evening. It is about the Jose Canseco and Mark McGuire-the steroid boys. If only baseball was free of that and we had players, like Ruth, Gehrig, Mantle, Dimaggio, Munson, etc.

I wonder if Hillary will be Sec. of State. So far, we are in great shape, a president-elect with 0 experience and Hillary has limited foreign policy experience. Of course, Bush is buffoon. Bring back Reagan....

I'm chilling to some Echo and the Bunnyman.

Rock Lobster, Tin roof. Rusted.

Just got home from the B-52s show at the Hammerstein Ballroom. They rocked. So in like 1985 or '86. Cousin Keety got his license and would drive our camp groups back from the Delaware in the Whomobile with Rock Lobster blasting on a cassette.

Remember cassettes? Does anyone still have any? I have some U2, Depeche Mode and Pearl Jam bootlegs on those dandy old tapes.

So I wish I was roaming somewhere, but I think I came from Planet Claire. Good night.
